At 24winkelen you can have your order sent or you can pick it up at our location. Orders above 30 euros are delivered free of charge within the Netherlands & Belgium.
24winkelen.nl makes every effort to deliver your order within 24 hours. If the product you ordered is in stock and the payment has been made, you will have it at home the next day! Provided your order has been ordered on Saturday, it will be delivered on Monday.

  • Pick up order

During the ordering process you can choose to pick up and then you can indicate the desired date and time. We will make sure that your order is ready to pick up there.
Collection is only possible on working days from Monday to Friday between 10:30 and 17:30.

What should I bring with me when picking up?
The only thing you need is the order number or invoice when you pick up, because otherwise we cannot give your package.

  • Status of my order

The expected delivery time is stated for each item. As soon as your order is shipped you will always receive an e-mail with a track & trace code with which you can track the shipment. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam box or contact us. Some letterbox packages do not include a track & trace code.

We always do our utmost to deliver the order within the specified delivery time. In some cases, delivery may be delayed. After placing your order in our webshop you will receive a confirmation by e-mail and your order will be processed.

You will then receive an e-mail when your order is offered to the parcel service with the Track & Trace code.
