Warranty and defects
If the product is under warranty, we will provide a replacement product or repair the product.
In the event of damage or defects to an item, you can contact us. You can rest assured that you will receive a proper item that has been checked by us before shipment. We always recommend that you immediately check everything is complete and working properly upon receipt of your order. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately so that we can provide a suitable solution.
When is a product excluded from the warranty?
In a number of cases a product is excluded from the warranty.
- the product has been handled incorrectly, causing the defect.
- adjustments have been made to the product by the customer;
- the product was not purchased from us;
What costs will I be responsible for in the event of a defect?
The costs for sending a product are at your expense. If the product can be returned within the warranty conditions, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be returned within the warranty conditions, the investigation costs amount to €25 (including return costs).
Warranty conditions for toys and RC products
At 24winkelen.nl we test all products carefully before they are shipped.As a result, defects are almost always detected immediately, so that you do not experience any inconvenience.
Warranty coverage
If a product defects within the warranty period and this falls under our warranty conditions, we will repair it (if possible) or replace it free of charge.
The repaired or replaced product will be returned to you free of charge.
No warranty coverage
Damage caused by your own intention (such as crashes, fall damage or incorrect use) is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty period will not be extended after repair or replacement.
Batteries are always excluded from the warranty.
Returns are always at the customer's costs.
Warranty period
A 6-month warranty applies to radio-controlled toys.
Damage caused by intensive use, negligence or your own intention is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Out-of-warranty repair
If a defect is not covered by the warranty, we can make you a repair proposal (if possible). You will receive a quote for this. In that case, a refund of the purchase price is not possible.
