Warranty and defects
If the product is under warranty, we will provide a replacement product or repair the product.
In the event of damage or defects to an item, you can contact us. You can rest assured that you will receive a proper item that has been checked by us before shipment. We always recommend that you immediately check everything is complete and working properly upon receipt of your order. If this is not the case, please contact us immediately so that we can provide a suitable solution.
When is a product excluded from the warranty?
In a number of cases a product is excluded from the warranty.
- the product has been handled incorrectly, causing the defect.
- adjustments have been made to the product by the customer;
- the product was not purchased from us;
What costs will I be responsible for in the event of a defect?
The costs for sending a product are at your expense. If the product can be returned within the warranty conditions, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be returned within the warranty conditions, the investigation costs amount to €25 (including return costs).
Warranty for RC consumer products (drones, RC vehicles)
We test all products before delivery, so defective products are immediately accepted and you will not have to worry about this.
If a defect falls under the warranty conditions, 24winkelen.nl will repair it (if possible) or replace it. We will then send the repaired/replaced product to you free of charge. If a product becomes defective, but this was caused by your own fault, this is not covered by the warranty (for example a crash). The time that the product is in your possession has no added value, as a defect can immediately arise in the event of a fall/crash of the device, for example. If it turns out that the product has become defective due to our own actions or that the product falls outside the warranty conditions, we will suggest that you repair the product (if possible). You will then receive a quote for this. In this situation we cannot give you the money back. Batteries are always not covered by the warranty. Return shipments on your part will always be at your expense.
