I have bought something through the website but it is not completely to my satisfaction. Can I return it?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied will be returned to the entrepreneur in its original condition and in the packaging.
Even if your order has not been picked up at the Postnl-point and it then returns to us, the return costs will be deducted from the remaining amount that you will be refunded or charged.

How do I return the product?
You can fill in the return form + send the invoice with the product(s) back to us.
Please report your return (with order number) by email to klantenservice@24winkelen.nl before sending the product(s).
